How far out do you go? This question is trip specific, we go from 1 mile off of the beach to 60 miles.
Do you provide the rods and reels? Yes, we provide custom rods and reels. If you’d like to bring your own, that’s fine too!
Do I have to purchase special baits? That’s up to you, we provide squid and cigar minnows on all bottom fishing trips.
Do I need a fishing license? No, we provide a blanket license that covers anyone that is on our boats.
Do you provide Ice? Yes, we do for the purpose of making sure the fish are being kept.
Do you have a restroom? Yes, on the Cheerio Lady, a private space with a toilet is available.
Do you have places to lay down? Yes, there are bunks on both boats.
Do I need a cooler for the fish? Yes, you should bring a separate cooler for carrying your fish home. Just leave it in the truck until we get back to the dock.
Do you clean the fish for us? Yes we do. For an additional fee, your fish will be cleaned, washed, and bagged for your convenience!
What should I bring? You should bring what ever you’d like to eat and drink and a cooler to hold these in. Sunscreen and a hat are also recommended.
Can I bring alcohol? Yes, but please drink responsibly. No glass containers.

Will I get seasick? NO! Quit thinking about it! Try to avoid greasy foods the day before and morning of the trip. If you are taking a preventative medicine, make sure you follow directions.
Is tipping required? No, but it is customary. We do our best to make sure you have a great time on the water, and fill your coolers with fish. A typical tip is 10-15% of trip cost.
What if the weather is not cooperative? Ultimately, we make the decision on weather or not we will be going out. If we do not think it will be an enjoyable trip, we will advise you of that and give you the option of rescheduling. We want you to have a great time!
What time should I be at the dock? Please try to be at the dock 15 minutes before departure.
Is parking available? Yes, there are paid parking lots within 200 feet of the boat. It is $25 per day.
